Return policy

• We accept returns within 12 calendar days of being delivered to you. Please email us before your return. Item(s) must be shipped within 5 days of return approval date. 
• Unfortunately we do not do exchanges due to the turn around time of products being so fast. When your item is returned  you will receive STORE CREDIT only!  
• In regards to shipping cost for returns: If an order fulfillment mistake was made, then we will be responsible for shipping cost. However, if your return is a request based on dislike or sizing issue then customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return.
• The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains (makeup, deodorant), no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume, and must not be altered in any way. If we receive the item in any form that was listed, the item will be sent back to the customer without store credit given. 
• *Unfortunately, some items are NON-returnable such as sale items, SHOES, hats, headwear, swimsuits, sunglasses, beauty products, home decor, Jewlery.
• Your order must be returned the way you received it. 
• If an order states "delivered" but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local post office.  They can track the package and find it for you. If it shows "delivered" and they are unable to find the package, Scarlett's Riverside Boutique is not responsible. The issue must be resolved with the United States Post Office. 
• ALL "SALE ITEMS" ARE FINAL SALE. 
If an item/s is returned to us and includes non returnable items we will deduct the shipping cost from your return to cover shipping the item/s back to the customer. 
• CANCELING AN ORDER: We do not cancel orders. Please do not message us asking for a refund after you place an order.
• IF ANY OF THE RETURNING RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% FEE 
• Please keep in mind that returns are for store CREDIT ONLY!
